It must be recognized, aesthetically, this concept car is a great success, reminiscent of the Dodge Charger of the late 60s. But the comparison stops there!
Because to the big V8, the Daytona SRT prefers (at least) two electric motors which should together develop 800 hp.
In addition to a system generating an artificial sound called Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust, this concept would also be equipped with an electromechanical gearbox supposed to create jolts (in the jargon, torque breaks), for more sensations.
If this model were to go into production, would it manage to make the most fervent V8 enthusiasts love electric propulsion?
