  On August 6, the Civil Aviation Administration launched a major transportation guarantee mechanism immediately, and dispatched a working group to Hainan. Together with the Central and Southern Regional Administration of Civil Aviation, a special front-line command team was established to organize various civil aviation support units to quickly form a joint force to coordinate airline capacity and ground support. resources, simplify the flight approval process, connect with local governments to find out the needs of stranded passengers to leave Qiong, improve the cooperation efficiency of flight planning, passenger information push, airline ticket sales, ground transfer, airport check-in security, and destination coordination in other provinces, etc. Do a good job in the air transportation guarantee from Hainan Airport to the destination airport.

At the same time, the Civil Aviation Administration of China requires airlines to do a good job in passenger service and keep the fares stable. All 35 airlines operating Hainan routes took the initiative to issue notices of free ticket refunds and changes at the first time.

  Liang Nan introduced that as of August 17, civil aviation has carried out a total of 141 missions to transport medical personnel and epidemic prevention materials to Hainan, transporting 18,574 medical personnel and 622.2 tons of materials.

Among them, there were 31 sorties in Sanya with 5,491 medical staff; 109 sorties in Haikou with 12,956 medical staff; and 1 sortie in Boao with 127 medical staff.

A total of 620 temporary flights and commercial flights have been guaranteed for stranded passengers, with 90,716 passengers, including 183 in Sanya and 29,263 in Haikou, and 437 in Haikou with 61,453 passengers.

  At present, the transfer of stranded passengers is being carried out in an orderly manner. We also remind passengers who are still stranded in Hainan to pay attention to the epidemic prevention and control policies announced by the local government of the return destination in advance, actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, and take good care of personal protection on the way. .
