Achieving the November 95% target seems "elusive" as some storage takes longer to fill, he said.

“I cannot promise you that all storage facilities in Germany will be 95% full in November, even with good supply and demand conditions,” he added.

Now the German regulator is studying how to prioritize gas supplies to industries that are considered important to the economy.

Earlier, Prime Minister of Norway Gahr Støre said that the country sends the maximum possible volumes of gas to Germany.
