China News Service, August 13. On the 12th, the funeral service platform of the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau released a report on the funeral agency service units complained by citizens.

From December 21, 2021 to August 11, 2022, the funeral management department of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau accepted complaints from citizens against some funeral agency service units in the city. After investigation, 8 units including Shanghai Jingshuang Funeral Service Co., Ltd. were suspected of being involved. Repeated charges, failure to sign service contracts, failure to handle business in accordance with prescribed procedures, etc.

　　The funeral management department of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau has instructed the Municipal Funeral Industry Association to order the above-mentioned funeral and interment agency service units to refund unjust profits, and transfer the units suspected of violating laws and regulations to relevant law enforcement departments for further investigation.

　　3. Shanghai Fuyuantang Funeral Products Co., Ltd. (2 times)

　　4. Shanghai Hulong Funeral Service Co., Ltd. (2 times)

　　5. Shanghai Yingde Funeral Etiquette Service Co., Ltd.

　　6. Shanghai Ending Funeral Etiquette Service Co., Ltd.

　　7. Shanghai People-friendly Funeral Etiquette Service Company

　　8. Shanghai Huayi Funeral Etiquette Service Co., Ltd.

　　The Shanghai Funeral Industry Association reminds the general public that when entrusting a funeral agency service unit to handle business, they should sign the "Shanghai Funeral Agency Service Contract" and "Funeral Service Agency Power of Attorney", and refuse compulsory service and compulsory consumption.

The Municipal Funeral Industry Association will further strengthen the self-discipline of the industry, resolutely resist the illegal behavior of funeral services, and jointly create a good environment for the funeral industry.
