[Explanation] Qiaowei Town, Gangnan District, Guigang City, Guangxi, is the hometown of down and down in China and is known as the "warm town".
The processing technology of down is to firstly divide the raw materials, dust removal, washing, dehydration, drying, cooling, iron removal... After 11 processes are completed, they finally enter the finished product warehouse.
The duvets, down apparel and other diversified products produced by Qiaowei have been favored by the market in recent years.

At present, we have more than 150 down processing enterprises in Qiaowei Town, Gangnan District, and more than 50 enterprises above the scale. At present, the annual output value of our products has reached more than 8 billion yuan, and our products are mainly sold to Europe, Japan, South Korea and other countries. There are some (sold to) Hong Kong and Macau.
[Explanation] The Qiaowei down industry was established in the mid-1980s.
At present, Qiaowei has become one of the three major down distribution centers in China, along with Xiaoshan in Zhejiang and Wuchuan in Guangdong.

In the next step, we will develop our end products, such as down jackets, duvets, bedding (etc.), and finally bring our Qiaowei down brand to the world.
[Explanation] In the past 40 years, the down industry has become the mainstay of the development of Qiaowei. At present, the town's annual processed down accounts for nearly 1/3 of the national total and nearly 1/5 of the world's total.
[Explanation] Zhang Xinsheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Gangnan District Committee, introduced that in the next step, Gangnan District will speed up the construction progress of the Qiaowei·China Down Valley project to achieve the goal of producing 60,000 tons of down, 5 million duvets, and 10 billion yuan in output value every year. Gangnan down and down industry will become bigger and stronger.
