China News Service, Jiangmen, August 8th (Cai Minjie, Han Dongdong, Mai Jiena) After 523 days of project construction, at 17:00 on the 8th, the Shishan Tunnel of the Huangmaohai Cross-sea Channel Project of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Super Project in Taishan, Jiangmen, Guangdong The left and right lines pass through.

It is reported that the Huangmaohai Sea-crossing Channel Project is about 31 kilometers long, of which the cross-sea section is about 14 kilometers. There are 2 super-large cable-stayed bridges, 1 medium and long tunnels, and 4 interchanges.

The Shishan Tunnel is one of the two tunnels on the whole line. The line passes through the Shishan Mountain. The left line is about 878 meters long and the right line is 885 meters long. The construction of the contract section T7 of the sea-crossing channel is undertaken.

Shen Dawei, Manager of Engineering Technology Department of Huangmaohai Cross-sea Corridor Management Center, said: "In the process of tunnel construction, the project adopts 8 micro-innovative processes, such as smooth surface hydraulic blasting technology and sprayed concrete wet spraying technology, to ensure concrete The appearance quality of the structure has improved the level of on-site safety management.”

It is understood that the Huangmaohai Sea-crossing Passage Project adopts two advanced tunnel construction technologies: one is the three-dimensional laser safety warning system for the tunnel, in order to dynamically grasp the initial support stability of the tunnel in real time, the project is based on the surrounding rock conditions, in the vault and the arch waist. Pre-embedded sensors during the construction of the initial concrete at the location perform real-time monitoring and analysis of the tunnel vault settlement, surrounding convergence, surrounding rock stress and other data, effectively reducing the probability of safety accidents; the second is the wireless detection radar for lining concrete, which can be detected by special detection robots. Carry the air-coupled radar at a constant speed at the designated survey line position to collect concrete quality information.

After the work is completed, the radar data is automatically sent back to the background for real-time data processing, and through background big data analysis, suspicious defects are identified in advance.

According to reports, these two technologies are independently developed by the project and are the first to be used in tunnel construction in mainland China.

In addition, the project also adopts technological means such as geological radar advance forecast, emergency telephone sound and light alarm system, 3D laser cross-section scanner, etc., to ensure the tunnel construction quality and the safety of construction personnel.

At present, the construction of the Huangmaohai Sea-crossing Channel is progressing smoothly. The five main towers of the two main bridges in the sea area have completed about 35% of the total, and the approach bridge and four interchanges are also in progress simultaneously; 66% of the total length.

The project is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2024. After completion, it will form a cross-sea and cross-river channel group in the Greater Bay Area together with the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, the Nansha Bridge and the Humen Bridge, helping the Greater Bay Area to form a world-class transportation hub at an early date.
