The government has set a quota of 1.1 million tons for the export of sulfur for mineral fertilizers

This was reported on the website of the Cabinet.

It is specified that the temporary quota will be valid from August 10 to December 31, 2022. 

As part of this decision, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia was instructed to approve the procedure for calculating the volume of the non-tariff quota, as well as the plan for the supply and purchase of sulfur for 2022.

Earlier, the Russian government extended the quota for the export of ferrous metal scrap and waste outside the EAEU until the end of the year.
