“From August 8, 2022, the Moscow Exchange will provide non-resident clients from non-hostile countries, as well as non-residents whose ultimate beneficiaries are Russian legal entities or individuals, with the opportunity to make transactions on the derivatives market,” follows from the statement of the trading platform.

It is noted that in accordance with the decree of the President of Russia dated August 5, 2022, in order to access the stock market, non-residents of the country require additional configuration of exchange systems.

The date of granting access to the market will be notified additionally.

Russian President Vladimir Putin previously signed a decree on the application of special economic measures in the field of finance and the fuel and energy complex due to unfriendly actions of countries and organizations.
