5.3 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions in a week

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the current week amounted to more than 5.3 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 1,765 sales with a value of 4.03 billion dirhams, including 255 sales of land with a value of 1.24 billion dirhams and 1,510 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 2.79 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales of AED 107 million were in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a pledge of AED 90 million in the Island 2 area, followed by a pledge of AED 69 million in the Al Thanyah Fourth area.

Al Habiyah Fifth District topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 130 pledges of 311 million dirhams, followed by Jebel Ali First area with 40 pledges of 127 million dirhams, and Al Yafra 2 with 26 pledges of 31 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 50 million dirhams in the area of ​​Al Raffa came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the fourth Al Thanyah area, and finally a pledge of 23 million dirhams in the second Jumeirah area.

The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, as it recorded 190 pledges of allegiance worth 329 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina with 127 pledges of 375 million dirhams, and the third in Al Barsha South of the third with 116 pledges of 74 million dirhams.

Mortgages amounted to 1.14 billion dirhams, including 64 mortgages of land, worth 364.39 million dirhams, and 350 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 779.02 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 68 donations worth 214.32 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which was in the Wadi Al-Amdi region, with a value of 66 million dirhams, and another in the Nad Hessa region, with a value of 23 million dirhams.
