This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Infrastructure Andrei Spinu.

“The authorities are analyzing three scenarios for relations with Gazprom: a 30% reduction in supplies, a 50% reduction in supplies, or a 100% reduction in supplies, that is, a cessation of supplies.

Regardless of the decision of Gazprom, we will reduce gas consumption by at least 15%, ”RIA Novosti quotes Spinu.

Moldovan authorities believe that reducing gas consumption will reduce the consequences of the energy crisis in the country.

According to him, all Moldova's requests to Gazprom still remain unanswered.

Earlier, Igor Yushkov, a leading expert of the National Energy Security Fund, commented on the situation in the EU energy industry in an interview with PolitExpert.
