On July 29, Xinjiang Horgos International Mail Exchange Station was officially put into operation. In the future, international mail entering and leaving the country can be directly distributed and distributed in Horgos.

  According to reports, the newly launched Horgos International Mail Exchange Station, the general mail package is assembled into a complete vehicle according to the country of the route, which not only improves the loading rate and reduces the transportation cost, but also increases the frequency of departures and improves the delivery time.

  At present, the postal mail exchange between the two countries is carried out at the Khorgos port for complete vehicle declaration, complete vehicle transfer, and complete vehicle exit. "Air Road and Bridge" and other types of transportation have realized the seamless connection of China-Kazakhstan mail general package, and comprehensively improved the delivery timeliness.

  Horgos International Mail Exchange Station will make full use of the port's international highway and railway train transportation resources to form a dual channel for international mail import and export logistics, echoing with the Urumqi International Exchange Bureau, to ensure the continuous, stable and smooth flow of international postal routes, and strive to ensure the smooth flow of international mail routes. Horgos has become the main node of Xinjiang Post and even the entire international trunk transportation network, and has gradually become a distribution center for international mail, express, and cross-border e-commerce goods to Central Asia and Europe.

In 2021, Horgos cross-e-commerce commodities will be exported in 9610 mode through the "air land bridge" of the cooperation center in a total of 1,465 containers, with a total of 59.86 million export tickets and a cumulative export value (RMB) of 1.69 billion yuan; cross-border e-commerce accounts for the entire Xinjiang more than 85%.
