　　If applying as a family unit, the applicant can log in to the system to enter the user center, click "My Family Application" in the configuration indicator functional area, and first read the implementation rules of the "Interim Regulations on the Regulation of the Quantity of Small Passenger Cars in Beijing" (revised in 2020) and " Inform the Letter of Commitment", fill in the identity information, marital status information and related information of the spouse of the main applicant in the next step, and then fill in the identity information, marital status information and related information of the spouse of other family applicants. The relevant information must be filled in truthfully; Bring your valid ID card and a copy to the nearest foreign office window for application.

Face recognition authentication can be performed through WeChat or Alipay. After all family applicants have passed, the family application can be submitted.

　　How to check the validity period of family application?

Users can log in to the passenger car indicator control and management system, enter the user center, and click "My Family Application" in the configuration indicator function area, and the prompt information about the validity period can be seen on the page.

According to the policy, after the family application is approved, the validity period of the application will be retained until March 8 of the following year.

If the allocation index is not obtained, it will be automatically transferred to the next index allocation within the validity period of the application. After the validity period of the application expires, the family application qualification will be reviewed again.

During the validity period of the application, if the number of family applicants increases or decreases due to birth or death, but the main applicant of the family has not changed, the application can be changed; if other changes occur, the application shall be re-applied.

Change requests and re-applications are reviewed with the next indicator configuration.

After passing the review, the total family points will be recalculated.

　　After the individual application is approved, the validity period of the application is also retained until March 8 of the following year.

When the validity period of the application expires, the system will automatically submit the application for review again. After the application is approved, the validity period will be automatically updated.

　　At present, the number of passenger car indicators is configured three times a year, among which new energy indicators are configured in May, and ordinary indicators are configured in June and December.

　　In addition, citizens who register for the transfer of multiple vehicles under their names to relatives also need to do so within the specified time.

According to the new policy, if there are 2 or more small passenger cars registered in this city under the individual's name, they can apply online through the website of the small passenger car index control and management information system website to transfer the registered vehicles to eligible spouses, children and parents.

The application period is from January 1 to March 8 and from August 1 to October 8 every year.
