It was also instructed to review, in relation to economic crimes, the grounds for the detention of business entities and members of the management bodies of commercial organizations and to consider issues related to increasing the thresholds for significant, large and especially large amounts of damage for the purposes of qualifying economic crimes.

It is noted that the report must be submitted before October 1, 2022, and those responsible are Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Chairman of the Supreme Court of Russia Vyacheslav Lebedev.

Earlier, Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Russia Maxim Fateev spoke in an interview with the FBA "Economy Today" about the work of chambers of commerce and industry to support business.
