[Explanation] The reporter came to Jinan Energy Group to learn that the largest cooling and heating co-supply project in the north, the centralized cooling mode in Jinan CBD area has covered nearly 210,000 square meters of users since its trial operation last year.

At present, we pass through the same casing network in Jinan Central Business District (CBD). In winter, we use industrial waste heat to send heat to our Jinan Central Business District through a long distance of 43.8 kilometers from Zhangqiu Power Plant, delivering 90-degree heat. Water, and then to the user's heat exchange station, through the "heat exchange" in the heat exchange station and then to the end of the user to achieve the user's heat demand. In summer, we still use the same casing network in the CBD area, from the southern energy center. The chilled water of about 7 degrees Celsius is prepared, and then sent to the user's cooling station through the casing network, and then the cold water is sent to the cooling device at the end of the user through "cold exchange".
[Explanation] According to Bai Yuhe, regional central cooling is more suitable for areas where commercial complexes such as office buildings, office buildings and hotels are concentrated. With the advancement of the construction of Jinan CBD area, the central cooling system will be put into use in more projects .
The cooling area of all the CBD cooling projects that have been signed so far reaches 1.1 million square meters, and it is expected that another 500,000 square meters of cooling area will be put into production next year.

In our centralized cooling, all the refrigeration equipments of users are concentrated in our energy center for construction. There will be no more refrigeration equipment rooms on the user side, no more cooling tower roofs, and no more air conditioners. Outdoor hang-up, similar to this phenomenon.
We saved him the area of the refrigeration room, which can be used as a supermarket or a parking space, and to a certain extent, it will reduce the investment in the civil structure of their entire building. At present, our entire area cooling is 2.2 million square meters. According to our actual calculation, the carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by about 120,000 tons per year, which is equivalent to the total carbon dioxide emissions of 10,000 households using air-conditioning refrigeration in summer.
