A pledge of 35 million dirhams came in the “Palm Jumeirah” area, as it was the most important sales of apartments and villas, at a time when “Al-Markadh” topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 34 pledges of 118 million dirhams.

In turn, the mortgages recorded a value of 319.78 million dirhams, including 18 mortgages of land, valued at 148.89 million dirhams, and 78 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 170.89 million dirhams.

As for donations, 18 donations worth 35.4 million dirhams were recorded.
