Al Saleh stressed that the Ministry of Economy aims, through the development of these services, to reduce the percentage of fines or violations against customers, and to improve their experience with the government services provided, by providing distinguished services in accordance with the highest quality standards applied globally, noting that the Ministry will continue its plans to transfer 100 % of its services that can be converted into proactive services provided to customers around the clock during the next phase, in cooperation with its strategic partners.
