The automatic data update service also provided the ability for the electronic system to send a message to the execution requester to update his data, in the event that the transfer was made and the account was closed, or changed, and the transfer was not completed, which allows the person concerned to add his new account, so that the system restores the transfer on it directly and within the time short.


Appointment of an expert

In turn, the “appointment of an expert” service through the electronic system allowed the execution officer, when there are holdings that are difficult to assess, to transfer the file directly to the electronic system, which automatically appoints the expert in question, through the list of available experts, which shortened the process from three weeks to one day. After the procedures required the execution officer to write an eviction report, submit a request, and present the holdings to the execution judge, to obtain a decision to transfer the file to the expert in this regard.
