  One of the important grain producing areas in Xinjiang, Bayingoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as "Bazhou"), 314,000 mu of winter wheat was fully harvested.

Thanks to the unique water, soil, light and heat resources, Wuzunbulac Village, Yangxia Town, Luntai County has sounded the gongs and drums of a bumper harvest.

Wang Ping told reporters that electronic settlement, fair and just purchase of grain, reduced queue time, and allowed farmers to sell grain with confidence.

  I sold 5,500 kilograms of wheat today, all of which are first-class, at 25 cents per kilogram, for a total of 13,750 yuan, and I got it on the spot. The grain sale was very pleasant and smooth.

  [Explanation] Liu Tao, director of the Grain and Material Reserve Bureau of Bachu County, Xinjiang, introduced that this year, Bachu County has 260,300 mu of winter wheat and is expected to harvest 34,000 tons. At present, the county has prepared 100 million yuan in credit funds to purchase and go all out to ensure summer grain. All receivables are collected, and the particles are returned to the warehouse.

  [Explanation] People rely on food as their heaven, and summer grain is the first season of annual grain production. Achieving a bumper harvest of summer grain is of great significance to fulfilling the annual grain production target, stabilizing prices, effectively coordinating epidemic prevention and control, and economic and social development.

It is understood that Xinjiang is expected to purchase about 3.5 million tons of wheat in 2022. As of July 10, it has purchased more than 860,000 tons of wheat. The current average market selling price of wheat is 2.55 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.16 yuan/kg over the same period last year.

Xinjiang has completed the filing of 450 grain purchase companies, and various regions are preparing to purchase 3.52 million tons of warehouse capacity, which can meet the demand for this year's summer grain purchase warehouse capacity.

The Xinjiang Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China has prepared enough credit funds for 11.6 billion yuan to provide guarantee for the purchase of summer grains.
