  Strengthen gig market information services, establish a gig job recruitment information service system, incorporate gig information into the scope of public employment information services, extensively collect gig job demand information, and publish it in multiple channels and forms.

Strengthen the quick connection service for gig workers, establish a service model of “instant quick recruitment” for gig workers, optimize the procedures for quick connection of gig workers, set up channels for quick release of gig workers information, organize mobile recruitment caravans, targeted recruitment and other activities to promote the matching of supply and demand.

  Strengthen employment and entrepreneurship training services, improve training programs and training policy promotion services, provide training information that meets market needs and are easy to learn and use, guide gig workers to participate in urgently needed vocational skills training and new vocational skills training, and organize entrepreneurial willingness to participate in entrepreneurship training .

Strengthen the assistance services for difficult gig workers, establish a graded service mechanism for gig workers, and strengthen employment assistance for older and difficult gig workers such as long working hours, low-income families, and disabilities. For those who meet the conditions for employment difficulties, provide personalized employment assistance according to regulations .

  Improve the maintenance of the order of the gig market, disclose the gig market service system, service hotline and complaints and reporting methods, supervise occupational intermediaries in accordance with the law, and severely crack down on illegal and illegal acts such as black intermediaries and publishing false recruitment information.

Improve the support of service venues and facilities, rationally use the venue resources of public employment service agencies, and set up a special area for gig worker docking services.
