He referred to the approach adopted by the Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council, to facilitate the employment of Emirati nationals in the private sector, through the phased implementation of 11 initiatives covering all aspects of the job seeker's employment journey, including the Nationals Salary Support Program, Mazaya Program, and Child Allowance Program for workers in the private sector. Temporary support program, participation program (for retirement), job search, career guidance program, development of nursing sector cadres, job targets for citizens in the private sector, experience program, and finally, a competency program.

Muhammad Hakim said that the Cabinet’s decision to raise the Emiratisation rate by 2% includes skilled jobs in private sector establishments that employ 50 or more employees. As of this year, they must raise the current Emiratisation rate in accordance with the target, and achieve a 10% increase rate until 2026.

He stressed that the establishments that interact with the Emiratisation plans and programs will receive incentives, including joining the Emiratisation Partners Club, and reducing the fees for services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation by up to 80%, in the event that their Emiratisation rates are raised at a rate of no less than three times the Emiratisation target. Provided that the number of working citizens is not less than 30, or cooperate with the “Nafis” program in the recruitment and training of citizens, with a number of no less than 500 citizens each year.
