The official spokesman for the "Aswaaq" group centers of the "Governmental Investment Corporation of Dubai", Abdul Hameed Al Khashabi, said that the group offered discounts on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha on various commodities, most notably edible oils, rice, dairy products, fruits, and meat, pointing out that the percentages of these discounts ranged between 20 and 50%.

He added that the offers will continue until the end of the Eid al-Adha holiday, which allows consumers to shop without focusing on discounts on limited days, noting that during the days leading up to the Eid, sales outlets usually witness an increased demand from consumers.

For his part, Director of Community Relations at the Sharjah Cooperative, Faisal Khaled Al Naboodah, said that the cooperative launched an expanded campaign of discounts on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, focused on high-demand goods, and included meat, sweets, chocolate, vegetables and fruits, dairy products, and edible oils. And special care products, noting that the percentage of discounts exceeded 40%.

He stressed that the offers will continue until the end of the Eid al-Adha holiday period, in addition to other offers continuing even after mid-July.

He pointed out that the launch of successive campaigns of discounts meets the needs of consumers, especially with the increasing demand now and ahead of the Eid period.

In the same context, the Director of the Marketing Department at the Union Coop, Dr. Suhail Al Bastaki, indicated that the cooperative offered discounts of more than 65% on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha, pointing out that these discounts will continue until July 16, which increases a greater opportunity for consumers to purchase their supplies at times. different.

He stressed that the Eid season has increased the demand for sales outlets to purchase family supplies, noting that the special offers for the Eid season include more than 1,000 basic food, non-food and consumer commodities through Tawuniya outlets or through its electronic platform.

He added that the cooperative's promotional campaigns take into account the diversity and cultural and population diversity in the country, so as to meet the needs of all residents, pointing to the launch of a food basket at reduced prices, including a basket of fruits.
