The policy stipulates: For single employees who purchase a house with a loan, their parents can provide loan repayment assistance as co-payers; for married employees who purchase a house with a loan, both parents can provide loan repayment assistance as co-payers.
Parents who take out a loan to buy a house, a daughter or a married child, the husband and wife can provide loan repayment assistance as co-payers.
For those with insufficient loan repayment ability, as a co-payer, it is allowed to participate in the calculation of loan repayment ability to increase the loan amount.
The above persons must also make contributions to the Tangshan City Housing Provident Fund.
