The Potential plant in Kozmodemyansk, ElectroMonoblock plant in the Leningrad region, STC Mekhanotronika in St. Petersburg, the Moscow Engineering and Service Center, and the Innovation Center in Kazan will be transferred to the management of the company.

A post on the company's website confirms that Schneider Electric has signed an agreement to sell the Russian business to local management.

The deal is expected to be approved by the regulator.

Earlier it was reported that the American company Whirlpool will sell Russian assets in the form of Indesit International JSC and Whirlpool Rus LLC to the Turkish manufacturer of household appliances Arcelik.
