This was stated in an interview with the Slovak newspaper Pravda by Richard Prokypchak, CEO of the state company Slovak Gas Industry (LNG), which imports gas to Slovakia.

“The reduction in gas supplies from Russia is still happening.

The 10% decline started about two weeks ago.

Two days later they were down by 30%, and soon by 50%.

Now we receive gas half the contractual volume,” Prokypchak said.

Earlier, Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger said that the new Polish-Slovak gas pipeline was fully built and ready for testing.
