According to the announcement, the total basic price of the 100 A320NEO series aircraft purchased this time is approximately US$12.796 billion (open market quotation, catalogue price in January 2020). Calculated at the mid-point exchange rate of the US dollar (1 US dollar to 6.7035 yuan), it is about 85.778 billion yuan.
The above basic price includes airframe, engine, etc., and is adjusted according to the formula calculated according to the delivery plan.
The implementation of this transaction needs to be submitted to the company's general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
