On June 29, the Shanghai catering industry resumed dine-in.

"Securities Daily" reporters visited Shanghai Pudong New Area International Finance Center, Zhengda Plaza, Puxi Wanda Plaza and other popular shopping malls and found that most of the catering companies in the malls have resumed dine-in.

"At present, all catering companies in the Zhengda Plaza have resumed dine-in. Yesterday, the business hours of the shopping mall was up to 8 pm. Today, it has returned to 10 pm, basically reaching the level before the epidemic." At noon on the 29th, the security guard of the Shanghai Pudong Zhengda Plaza responded to the "Securities Daily" reporter said.

According to public information, since June 29, the Shanghai catering industry has resumed dine-in in an orderly manner, and about 800 stores have taken the lead in opening dine-in.

While dine-in is open, shopping malls have also strengthened epidemic prevention measures.

The reporter found at the entrance of the mall that there is a site code posted on the door, and consumers must scan the code for verification before entering the mall with a green code.

At the same time, there is also a location code in each store, and you need to scan the code to show the green code to enter the dine-in.

After Shanghai announced the orderly resumption of dine-in by catering companies on June 26, Banu Maodu Hot Pot Shanghai store began to prepare for the resumption of dine-in.

At present, Banu Maodu Hot Pot Raffles City has resumed dine-in. The store manager, Hu Junhao, introduced that after receiving the notice that dine-in can be resumed, he communicated with the central kitchen to deliver the goods overnight to ensure the smooth opening of the business.

According to reports, the Raffles Barnu hotpot store opened for half an hour, and more than ten tables of customers came to the store to eat.

Hu Junhao told reporters that since the morning of the 28th, he has received inquiries about whether to resume dine-in. More than 60 table reservations have been accepted that night, and the latest reservations have been made this weekend.

In order to ensure that customers can eat with peace of mind, the store carried out sterilization and disinfection in advance. After submitting the application for resumption of dine-in, the food and drug supervision department of the jurisdiction visited the door to conduct on-site inspections, and was finally approved to resume dine-in.

The reporter saw at the scene that there are place codes, thermometers, disposable disinfectants, etc. at the entrance of Banu Hotpot. Only after a negative nucleic acid test proves that there is no abnormality, can you enter the store and take a seat at a dislocated interval.

Hu Junhao said that according to relevant government requirements, the occupancy rate in the store is controlled at 70%, and the distance between tables is more than 1 meter.

"Our dine-in restaurant has been suspended for more than three months, and we have been looking forward to this day for too long. I believe that as the life order in Shanghai gradually returns to normal, the business of the store will become more and more prosperous." Hu Junhao is full of confidence in the recovery of Shanghai's catering. .

Although the catering in the business districts such as the Zhengda Plaza and IFC has all resumed dine-in on June 29, it does not mean that all catering brand stores in Shanghai have returned to normal.

From 18:00 to 19:00 on June 29, a reporter from "Securities Daily" visited Wanda Plaza in Baoshan, Shanghai, and the flow of people in the entire mall recovered to about 70% of the pre-epidemic level.

Except for McDonald's, which does not accept dine-in, the rest of the catering stores welcomed many consumers during the peak dinner period.

In addition, fast-food brands such as Burger King, Hefu Lomen, and Ajisen Ramen did not have enough people to queue during the peak dinner period, and nearly 70% of the consumers in the store were in the past.

Generally speaking, the catering brand stores that have resumed dine-in are basically in a state of limited flow.

The person in charge of the Shanghai Taier Pickled Cabbage Fish brand told the "Securities Daily" reporter, "Some of the company's stores in Shanghai have resumed dine-in and take-out, and 26 dine-in stores have resumed and will be opened one after another. Open dine-in needs to meet some requirements. For example, catering companies need to provide a letter of commitment for epidemic prevention and control, store table management, epidemic prevention records, and nucleic acid for employees within 48 hours."

Regarding the requirements of consumers for dine-in meals, the person in charge of the hot pot brand said, "Now the number of receptions in restaurants is limited, and reception is arranged at other tables. Although the current dine-in limit is currently limited, we are still continuously strengthening food safety management to ensure that customers can enjoy meals. A qualified and safe place should undertake the basic responsibilities that catering enterprises should undertake."

Regarding the future trend of Shanghai's catering industry, Yang Chang, head of the policy team of Zhongtai Securities, told the "Securities Daily" reporter, "It is obvious that the Shanghai catering industry continues to recover and rise, including the adjustment of the ninth edition of the epidemic prevention and control plan. Since the 1st, the epidemic situation has been generally stable, which has created a relatively good policy environment for the restoration of the real economy. Judging from the passenger traffic data of Shanghai Metro, it will also provide support for the boost of the catering industry.” (Securities Daily)
