Zhongxin Finance, June 27th. The Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development released the "Several Opinions on Supporting the Promotion of "Zhejiang Good Education" (hereinafter referred to as "Opinions") on June 27.

The "Opinions" proposed to support the preferential policies for affordable rental housing.

If the affordable rental housing invested and operated by state-owned enterprises and institutions is encouraged to be rented out to three-child families, the rent shall be determined at a rate not higher than 85% of the rental level of the same quality market rental housing in the same location.

The "Opinions" make it clear that it supports the priority purchase of housing with common property rights.

Encourage three-child families who meet the conditions for co-ownership housing security to purchase co-ownership housing first under the same conditions.

The "Opinions" also clarified that the support for housing provident funds should be increased.

For families with three children who purchase their first self-occupied house and apply for a housing provident fund loan for the first time, the loan amount can be determined by increasing the maximum loan amount of the family by 20% for the current period.

For families with three children applying for loans, they will not be included in the waiting list and will be given priority.

Appropriately increase the amount of housing provident fund that three-child families can withdraw from rental housing without a room, and the actual withdrawal limit can be increased by 50%.
