Except for national statutory holidays, rest days, and winter and summer vacations, scripted entertainment business sites shall not provide scripted entertainment to minors


Unhealthy, inactive scripts don't work

  According to the "Notice", the script entertainment business site shall, within 30 natural days from the date of operation, submit the information such as the address of the business site and the script script name, author, profile, age range and other information used by the venue through the national cultural market technology supervision and service platform. Report to the county-level culture and tourism administrative department where the business site is located for the record.

  At the same time, script entertainment venues should adhere to the correct orientation,

  During the transition period, scripted entertainment business sites shall conduct self-examination and self-correction in accordance with the relevant requirements of this notice, change the business scope in accordance with the law, improve business qualifications, perform filing procedures with the cultural and tourism administrative department, establish a content self-examination system, and actively rectify and eliminate firefighting. and other safety hazards.

  The culture and tourism administrative department shall, in conjunction with relevant departments, carry out a thorough investigation, and

if it is found in the thorough investigation that it contains content prohibited by laws and regulations or fails to fulfill the relevant responsibilities for the protection of minors such as age-appropriate reminders, it shall order the business unit to make corrections and stop using the relevant script.

All provincial cultural and tourism administrative departments should report the investigation results to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism before August 31, 2022.
