With labor shortages becoming an issue in the food and beverage industry, a robot that can cook pasta in 45 seconds per meal will be introduced at a new store of a major restaurant chain, and it was released to the press on the 27th.

This robot was developed by the major food and beverage chain "Pronto Corporation" and the venture company "TechMagic" over a period of about four years.

It automatically performs everything from cooking to washing while moving a deep frying pan.

It is said that the boiled noodles can be rotated at high speed in a frying pan and the sauce and ingredients are heated evenly so that the noodles are well blended.

The first meal is 75 seconds, and if you cook continuously, the second and subsequent meals will be completed in 45 seconds.

According to the company, it is the first robot in the world to automate a series of steps from cooking to washing.

In addition to avoiding denseness in the chubo, it is possible to reduce the number of staff by one or two compared to conventional stores, and it is said that it will also solve the labor shortage that is a problem in the food and beverage industry.

This robot will be introduced at a pasta specialty store of a major restaurant chain that will open on the 30th.

Hiroshi Shiraki, president of the venture company that developed it, said, "Since labor costs and food cost prices continue to rise, we would like to introduce automation technology to solve problems in the food and beverage industry."
