Cancellation of fees imposed on airline agents and offices in Dubai
His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, issued Council Resolution No. (32) of 2022 to cancel fees imposed on agents of airlines and airline offices operating in the Emirate of Dubai.
The decision stipulated that the fees imposed under the instructions issued on March 12, 1985 and Resolution No. (4) of 1998, on the offices of airline agents, its branches and aviation offices other than the agents operating in the Emirate of Dubai, shall be cancelled.
The instructions issued on March 12, 1985 and Resolution No. (4) of 1998 regarding the fee imposed on branches of aviation offices, as well as any provision in any other resolution to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of Council Resolution No. 32 of 2022, shall be repealed, and shall be enforced from the date of its issuance. , And published in the Official Gazette.
