Zhongxin Finance, June 26. According to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce on the 26th, seven departments including the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Municipal Finance Bureau jointly formulated the "Beijing Plan on Encouraging Automobile Replacement and Consumption".
The "Plan" clarifies that during the period from 0:00 on June 1, 2022 to 24:00 on December 31, 2022, the passenger cars that have been registered in this city for more than 1 year will be scrapped or transferred out of the city's car sales companies. For the newly purchased new energy passenger car, the “Uniform Invoice for Motor Vehicle Sales” is issued, and the natural person vehicle owner who completes the registration procedures for the newly purchased new energy passenger car before February 28, 2023 can receive subsidies.
The subsidy standard is divided according to the type of passenger vehicles transferred out of the city or scrapped (new energy passenger cars and other passenger vehicles) and the sales price of newly purchased vehicles.
Among them, the subsidy standard for transferring out or scrapping new energy passenger cars and other passenger cars for 1-6 years is 8,000 yuan/car, and the subsidy for transferring out or scrapping other passenger cars for more than 6 years (inclusive) is 10,000 yuan/car.

The subsidy is distributed to the bank accounts of the target bank accounts that meet the subsidy conditions by way of transfer.
The subsidy is applicable from 0:00 on June 1, 2022 to 24:00 on December 31, 2022.
