is a super-high-rise apartment complex in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.



In 2017, a Russian bought a penthouse on the top floor of this apartment for 10.5 billion won, breaking the national record at the time.



Foreigners have been steadily buying houses in Korea since the time when house prices began to jump in earnest.



As if shopping, I bought several apartments and officetels. An American bought 45 apartments in Incheon and Gyeonggi, and a Japanese bought 3 officetels in Gangnam.



In Gyeonggi-do, an 8-year-old Chinese child bought an apartment.



The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport decided to look into whether there was any illegal inflow of funds or real estate speculation in the course of this transaction.



In the past two and a half years, 1,145 cases of suspected foreign speculation have already been selected.



About 71% are Chinese and 13% are American.
