China News Service, Beijing, June 22 (Reporter Zhao Jianhua) Chinese tax authorities are using tax data such as value-added tax invoices to help companies find potential suppliers or buyers, and companies will voluntarily trade according to market-oriented principles to help stabilize the supply of the industry chain chain, and stabilize the economic market.

According to data released by the State Administration of Taxation on the 22nd, since May this year, tax authorities across the country have assisted 1,564 enterprises in effective procurement, involving an amount of 5.57 billion yuan (RMB, the same below).

Among them, 1,209 manufacturing enterprises were helped to achieve effective procurement, involving an amount of 4.02 billion yuan.

With the gradual resumption of work, production, business and market in the affected areas of the country, the orders of enterprises have gradually increased, but the restriction of raw materials has become a problem for some enterprises.

Ren Haifeng, the head of procurement of a company in Jiangxi, said that the company has more orders, but the inventory of main raw materials has turned red.

The dilemma of "making the pot without rice" makes this company not only limited in production capacity, but may also face the risk of default.

With the help of tax data, the Yichun City Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation helped the company find a supplier in Hunan.

In the end, the two companies reached a long-term purchase and sale agreement with a transaction volume of 10.51 million yuan.

The State Administration of Taxation recently issued a notice, requiring the taxation bureaus of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to use tax data to screen the list of key enterprises, connect with enterprises one by one, understand the difficulties and actual needs faced by enterprises in production and operation, and provide accurate services.

Since May, various market players in the Yangtze River Delta region have purchased raw materials, seized the progress of production, and expanded market sales.

However, affected by the previous epidemic, a textile enterprise in Wuxi, Jiangsu has unstable sales and a serious backlog of inventory.

After learning that the company was facing difficulties in product sales, the tax authorities used tax data to find potential buyers and bridge the gap between the two parties, and facilitated the company to reach cooperation intentions with 6 companies in need, with a total contract value exceeding 32.3 million yuan.

Xu Ling, the deputy financial director of this textile company, said that the matchmaking of the tax authorities not only helped us to accurately match potential customers, but also enhanced the mutual trust between enterprises and accelerated the process of cooperation between the two parties.

Affected by the epidemic, it is not only this textile company that has been hindered in sales.

A wood processing enterprise in Linyi, Shandong Province, due to the insufficient operation of the long-term cooperative downstream construction enterprises, coupled with serious logistics congestion, the order volume has been greatly reduced, and the production line has only been opened by 50%.

When worried about future operations, the local tax bureau extended a helping hand and helped the wood processing company find a number of wood demanders.

Song Wenjun, the financial manager of the wood processing company, said, "We have successfully reached cooperation with more than 10 companies. At present, the company's operations have returned to normal, 14 production lines have fully reached production, and sales in May reached 16.54 million yuan. Very confident!"

Similar stories are being played out in Shenzhen, Chongqing and other places.

The relevant person in charge of the State Administration of Taxation said that in the next step, they will continue to play the role of tax big data, strive to facilitate more actual transaction projects, and help enterprises to speed up the resumption of work and production.
