The "Notice" also clarifies that the maximum amount of housing provident fund paid by a single employee in Hangzhou urban area has been increased from 500,000 yuan to 600,000 yuan, and the maximum amount of housing provident fund paid by husband and wife has been raised from 1 million yuan to 1.2 million yuan. Tonglu County , Chun'an County and Jiande City are adjusted according to the local maximum loan limit standard.
The preferential policies for other loan quotas are not superimposed on this loan quota increase policy.
It is reported that the "Notice" will be implemented throughout the city of Hangzhou from June 10, 2022.
