The German Bundestag has never been bigger: In the current legislative period, 736 members of parliament jostle on the benches.

That should change, but for this to happen, the electoral law must be comprehensively changed.

How does that work?

We are talking about this with the Berlin constitutional lawyer Professor Christoph Möllers.

The Federal Ministry of Justice has had a legal exchange of blows with the Osnabrück public prosecutor for some time.

The reason for this is the controversial search of the then SPD-led house shortly before the federal elections in September.

After an initial success before the district court, the administrative court in Osnabrück has now reprimanded the investigators.

And finally, today we are talking about the delicate question of whether there can be a "right to a child" - and what the state can and must do to make this possible for couples who could not have a child.

Should egg donation and surrogacy be possible?

Here you
