Al-Futtaim stressed that Emiratisation has been an integral part of the Al-Futtaim Group’s agenda for years, and it is one of its major priorities, which reflects the group’s support for the government’s directions in building and enhancing the capabilities and talents of UAE citizens.

She pointed out that the current period witnessed the launch of several initiatives, including the “Al-Futtaim Emiratisation Council” and the launch of the group’s Emiratisation strategy “Synyar”, while the management trainee program was launched for the Emiratisation platform of the group, in addition to establishing strategic partnerships with government agencies, from In order to attract Emiratis, create job opportunities for them in the private sector, support them and develop their skills, in line with the requirements of the labor market.
