From this Tuesday, French people who employ employees at home via a personal service company can also benefit from the immediate tax credit.

In total, 1.8 million French people are affected by this new system, the objective of which is to boost this sector of activity by 30%.

This is a novelty that concerns nearly two million French people.

Individuals who employ an employee at home, such as a cleaning lady, and who go through a personal service organization, can benefit from this Tuesday from the immediate tax credit.

This system allows individuals to no longer have to advance the part reimbursed by the State in the employee's salary.

This is therefore a good boost for households since until now, the tax administration paid at the beginning of the year an advance of 60% on the expected salaries and the remaining 40% in August.

The simplified tax credit therefore allows people employing helpers to pay, each month, only the 50% which are their responsibility.

There is thus no longer any cash advance.

This system should encourage households even more to employ an employee at home.

A measure that could increase activity by 30%

The Federation of services to individuals estimates that this could increase activity by 30%, and therefore go from 70,000 to more than 100,000 jobs.

“It is the equivalent of third-party payment for health expenses,” explains the government, which had already allowed private employers, those who pay their employees directly, to benefit from it last January.

For the moment, 160,000 people have activated the device, via the CESU+ service.

They will be twice as many by the end of the year, hopes Urssaf.

If you are one of the 1.8 million people concerned, it is then possible from this Tuesday, confirms Bercy.

This concerns the employment of cleaners, gardeners, students for tutoring.

For babysitters over 6 years old, this time it will be next September.
