Raymond published a conversation he and another company employee had with LaMDA in support of his claim, while saying, "I'm not thinking about these things in terms of science, I'm listening to LaMDA's inner voice."
Google has denied the claims, saying there is no evidence to support them.
At present, Raymond has been arranged for paid leave by Google on the grounds of "leakage".
According to foreign media reports, Ramon is also seeking outside legal counsel for LaMDA.
