The second launch date of the 'Nuri' has been delayed by one day.

The Flight Test Committee and the Launch Management Committee, which decide on the transfer and launch of the Nuri, held a meeting this morning and made this decision.

Originally, the Nuri was planned to be transferred to the launch pad from the projectile assembly building today.

After moving to the launch pad, the scheduled schedule was to use a device called an erector to stand up and fix it on the launch pad.

However, the final launch was delayed due to strong winds blowing in Narodo, Goheung, Jeollanam-do, where the Naro Space Center is located.

A very strong wind of 16.7 m/s blew momentarily in Narodo this morning, and it was decided that there would be difficulties in securing the safety of the technicians who had to work at the height of the launch pad close to 50 m.

With this, the final launch date of the Nuri was decided to be the 16th the day after tomorrow, which was delayed by one day.

Currently, Nuri has completed preparations by supplementing the three-speed engine that was a problem during the first launch.

If this launch is successful, Korea will become the 10th country in the world to possess rockets, and the 7th country to launch a 1-ton satellite, which is a practical satellite.

Attention is focused on whether the Nuri, who is breathing for a perfect launch, will succeed in the first leap into space in the final launch.
