Passengers on one million flights and 600 international carriers choose Emirates Airlines for the best Wi-Fi and food services.

Emirates Airlines won two awards at the APEX Awards 2022, which was held in Dublin, Ireland.

And it stated in a statement that the "Apex Awards" are given as a result of choosing passengers, pointing out that it won two awards: "Best Wi-Fi" and "Best Food and Drinks on the Airplane" in the Middle East.

According to the statement, passengers who traveled on more than one million flights with nearly 600 carriers from around the world this year were asked to rate their travel experiences in five sub-categories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverages, entertainment, and wireless internet.

These two awards crown Emirates’ continuous efforts to provide the best customer experience on board, and have increased the total number of “Apex Awards” presented to the airline to 30 since the awards were launched in 2010.


«Best Food»

The Best Food and Beverage award honors Emirates' high-quality, regionally-inspired services and extensive beverage menu, as it pays attention to detail and works around the clock, carrying more than 110 million meals from 4,600 recipes that cater to different tastes on its flights every year.

Emirates Airlines also pays special attention to serving beverages, including a wide selection of tea, coffee and juices.


Wi-Fi service

Since staying connected has become an essential element on the ground and in the air, Emirates Airlines was one of the first global carriers to provide the ability to use a mobile phone on all its aircraft in 2007. All of its aircraft were also equipped with Wi-Fi service, where options are available. Free calling for First and Business Class passengers and Skywards Platinum members.

Emirates Airlines offers valuable plans for using the Internet or chatting throughout the flight.

Emirates Airlines confirmed that, based on its commitment to "permanent excellence", it is investing heavily to raise the level of its services and products in all classes.

It will launch a huge program to modernize its fleet and equip 120 aircraft in the premium economy class cabin, in addition to the latest interior designs in other cabins.
