With its Future Trophies, Europe 1 rewards companies, associations or local authorities each year for their audacity, their innovation and their visionary side.

In the running for the Food Trophy, Pazzi, the pizzeria where a robot pizza maker makes pizzas before your eyes in a few minutes.

Pazzi is a robot pizza maker that makes pizzas in just a few minutes, from rolling out the dough to cutting it in the pizza box.

"An incredible adventure that started in the family garage almost ten years ago", explain Cyril Hamon and Sébastien Roverso, founders of Pazzi.

A fundraising of 13 million euros

Since its launch, the two founders have raised 13 million euros from private investors and investment funds, which has notably enabled them to open two points of sale: the first in Seine-et-Marne at Val Europe and the second in Paris at Beaubourg.

"We had extremely positive feedback from customers. Even those who might be surprised to see a robot make their pizza were won over by the quality of the pizza. And for us, that's the most important thing," says Sébastien Roverso.

Pazzi has received a lot of requests in France and abroad from people wishing to open their own Pazzi.

"To meet this demand, we now need an investor who can enter the capital to ensure the commercial deployment of our project", specifies Sébastien Roverso.
