　　(4) Non-destructive scientific research observation and specimen collection that have been approved according to law;

　　(5) Archaeological investigation and excavation and cultural relics protection activities approved according to law;

　　(6) Construction of ecotourism and related necessary public facilities that do not damage ecological functions;

　　(7) Linear infrastructure construction, flood control and water supply facilities construction and operation and maintenance that must and cannot be avoided and conform to the national land and space planning at or above the county level;

　　(8) For important ecological restoration projects, moderate grazing shall be carried out under the premise of strictly implementing the requirements of the grass and livestock balance system, and necessary management shall be carried out in artificial commercial forests owned by collectives and individuals;

　　(9) Other activities prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.
