For a long time there was a dispute about the special fund for the Bundeswehr, now the traffic light government has agreed with the Union on the exact design.

Are the Greens the big losers?

The Federal Administrative Court caused a sensation last week with a dating verdict: It was about a commander of the Bundeswehr who allegedly searched for contacts on the Tinder dating platform without restraint and had to learn that this could have disciplinary consequences.

Such disputes in working life do not always have to be clarified in court.

This is also consensual.

We talk about this with the book author and diversity consultant David Scholz.

After all, it's about a new dispute that is being announced in connection with the pact for the rule of law.

Also, we have a very divided opinion about the fair verdict of the week.

Topics of the program:

02:48: Agreement on the Bundeswehr special fund

15:40: Federal Administrative Court on the Tinder profile of a commander

30:55: Trans in everyday work, interview with David Scholz

59:18: Money for the judiciary

1:07:03 Fair judgment
