A month later, Wang Qiu found the answer from the official bulletin of the "Changxing Public Security".
On May 19, the "Changxing Public Security" released a message saying that after receiving a report from the hospital, it found that there was a fixed IP that had ultra-high frequency access to the interface for ordering vaccines.
Through a step-by-step investigation and investigation, it was found that Li Moubin, a technical developer of a smart logistics company in Shenzhen, achieved high-frequency access to the reservation interface of the online platform by writing computer scripts and other methods to rush to register the vaccine.
At the same time, Li Moubin contacted a group of online scalpers to resell the batch of registrations at prices ranging from 600 to 800 yuan per registration.
Changxing Public Security arrested the suspect Li Moubin on May 9 and brought him to justice.
"Changxing Public Security" said that from January to early May this year, Li Moubin grabbed more than 500 numbers on the nine-valent HPV vaccine reservation platform of the Women's Insurance Hospital in many provinces, cities and counties, and made illegal profits of more than 400,000 yuan.
This is not the only one who illegally grabbed the nine-valent HPV vaccine by technical means.
In January this year, the Southern Metropolis Daily reported that a graduate student in Nanchang, Jiangxi wrote code to help people grab the nine-valent HPV vaccine on the hospital website and APP for profit, and was later criminally detained by the public security organs in accordance with the law.

And "existing seedlings" are more expensive. Taking Shenzhen as an example, the price of "existing seedlings" is basically more than 2,000 yuan.

If vaccinated through scalper channels such as Liu Xing, the cost of robbing has already accounted for nearly half of the cost of vaccines.
"Agents" like Liu Xing are only one link in the gray production chain of HPV vaccines.
Liu Xing told the Red Star Capital Bureau that there is a technical team behind it, which is responsible for "grabbing numbers" all over the country. After grabbing the source of the HPV vaccine number, it will be "shipped" through agents.

Attorney Chen Wenming, director of Zhejiang Xiaode Law Firm, told the Red Star Capital Bureau that the use of technical means to grab the source of the nine-valent HPV vaccine may be found to be the crime of destroying the computer information system. If it is identified as "causing a serious impact on production and life or causing a bad social impact", the sentencing may be more than five years in prison.
