He noted that the EU approved an oil embargo on supplies from Russia only for supplies by tankers by sea - the ban will not affect pipelines.

Candidate of Technical Sciences Alexander Vlasov admitted that the European Union expects to fill the missing volumes of oil with supplies from the United States and Asian countries.
