"Broker agencies and agents shall guide and regulate the behavior of fans, and shall not organize activities and assemblies that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, harm the physical and mental health of minors, and disrupt the normal order of society." The "Administrative Measures" stipulates.
The "Administrative Measures" also stipulate that brokerage agencies in the radio and television and online audio-visual fields shall reasonably allocate brokerage personnel to meet business needs according to the characteristics of the industry.
