The G7 = 7 major countries' meeting of climate, energy and environment ministers held in Germany ended after two days of discussions.

The joint statement agreed that increasing the supply of LNG = liquefied natural gas will play an important role in the "de-Russia" of the energy sector.

On the other hand, regarding coal-fired power generation, "We will do our utmost to achieve the goal of decarbonizing most of the electric power sector by 2035."
