Mr. Kojima was the sister of Honorary Chairman Takuya Okada of Aeon, and in 1939 he was the representative director of the Kimono dealership in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, which was the founder of the group at the age of 23.
Even after she handed over the management position to Mr. Okada, she was involved in the launch of Aeon's predecessor supermarket "JUSCO" and served as a director, laying the foundation for Aeon to develop into one of the leading distribution groups in Japan. I built it.
