Previously, Youngor had issued the "Announcement on External Donations", which mentioned that the company planned to withdraw from the health industry, donated Puji Hospital and related assets to the Ningbo Municipal People's Government, and requested the general meeting of shareholders to authorize the management management to handle related matters.
The estimated value of the assets to be donated is 1.36 billion yuan (subject to the final accounts).
According to Youngor's announcement, after the disclosure of the above announcement, the company's board of directors and management listened to the opinions of the majority of shareholders, and the company decided to terminate this external donation.
