On the 24th, MANNER issued a statement saying that MANNER Coffee did not properly use 2°C-6°C raw milk in time and did not clean up the extra milk during the delivery period of the store on Wujiang Road in Shanghai on April 30. The food safety seal backing paper sincerely apologizes to consumers, and the single store involved has closed the store for rectification as soon as it received the notice.
For all the stores that have resumed work in Shanghai, MANNER Coffee will conduct daily self-inspection on food safety and hygiene management, and make the self-inspection results public.
